Who handles your information
The Australia Migration News publishing team manages information submitted through this website. Use the newsroom contact form to request access, correction or deletion.
What we collect
Newsletter registration stores your email address, selected interests, consent-linked registration time and subscription status. Enquiry forms store your name, email, organisation if supplied, message, enquiry type and submission time. The publishing desk is restricted to authorised editors.
How we use it
We use subscriptions to prepare requested news updates and enquiries to respond to your request. The launch list does not currently send automated newsletters. We do not sell subscriber details. A future email provider or advertising integration will be identified here before activation.
Hosting and service providers
The site uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure to operate its website and database. Service providers may process data outside Australia. The hosting platform may process technical request and authentication data under its own policies. Anti-abuse controls use short-lived hashed request identifiers and do not retain raw IP addresses in the publication database.
Browser storage
Saved articles use localStorage in your browser and stay on that device. Clear your browser’s site data to remove them. The publication has not added advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics. The hosting platform’s authentication may use its own cookies.
Your choices
Use your personal unsubscribe link or the newsroom contact form to stop updates, change your interests or request deletion. Only authorised editors can export subscriber records. Records are retained while needed for the stated purpose and reviewed when no longer required.
Version
This notice describes the launch configuration as at 31 October 2026. We will revise it when the publication’s services or data practices change.
